MyState Dinner, AWBF

IN-TERIA was engaged to design and coordinate a signature hospitality event for MyState as part of the Australian Wooden Boat Festival. Situated on the very edge of Constitution Dock, this temporary pavilion offered guests a unique dining experience during the world-famous festival. It gave guests a chance to enjoy delicious Tasmanian produce amid a flotilla of stunning wooden boats.

Our role included the event concept, pavilion design, menu concept (with Rhubarb Catering), furniture selection, table decor, guest gifts, sound and lighting design. We also obtained relevant approvals, liaised with event organisers, and coordinated installation and removal of the event infrastructure, including the small but mighty temporary kitchen and bar.
